Terms and Conditions – Koru Kiwi Arts

1. General Information
Koru Kiwi Arts is an independent artist studio based in Istanbul, Türkiye.
This website showcases original artworks, commissions, and fine art prints. All product purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and refunds are handled through ArtPal, a third-party art sales platform.
These Terms apply to website visitors, enquiries, commissions, and purchases made via ArtPal, as well as references through Google Merchant Center, social media, or other listings.
2. Pricing & Currency
- Prices displayed on ArtPal appear in the currency shown at checkout.
- Currency conversion is handled by ArtPal or the customer’s payment provider.
- Shipping costs, taxes, and applicable fees are displayed before payment is completed.
3. Orders & Payments
A. ArtPal Orders
- All product purchases are completed through ArtPal’s secure checkout.
- ArtPal processes all payments, shipping, tracking, returns, and refunds.
- Koru Kiwi Arts does not directly handle customer payments.
B. Enquiries & Commissions
- Commission enquiries are discussed privately before any purchase.
- Commission availability, pricing, and terms are communicated in advance.
- Final commission purchases are processed through ArtPal where applicable.
4. Commissioned Artwork
Commissioned artworks are custom-made and may differ from standard products.
Once work has begun — including planning, sketching, or material preparation — commissions may be subject to limited or no refund eligibility, in accordance with ArtPal’s policies.
5. Shipping & Delivery
- All shipping is managed by ArtPal or its fulfilment partners.
- Available delivery options, costs, and timeframes are shown at checkout.
- Delivery estimates may vary depending on destination and courier services.
Risk of Loss
Responsibility transfers to the buyer once an order has been handed to the shipping carrier, in accordance with ArtPal’s terms.
6. Returns & Refunds
- All returns, refunds, and replacements are handled by ArtPal.
- Eligibility depends on the product purchased and ArtPal’s return policies.
- Most printed products are covered by ArtPal’s 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
Koru Kiwi Arts does not directly process refunds or returns.
7. Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, designs, and written content remain the intellectual property of Koru Kiwi Arts. No reproduction or commercial use is permitted without prior written consent.
8. Privacy & Data Protection
Personal information is collected and processed by ArtPal for order fulfilment and payment processing.
Koru Kiwi Arts receives only the information necessary to respond to enquiries or provide artistic services.
9. Google Merchant Center Compliance
Koru Kiwi Arts follows Google Merchant Center policies regarding product accuracy, pricing transparency, shipping information, and customer support details.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection regulations.
ArtPal orders are subject to ArtPal’s own terms and applicable jurisdictions.
11. Modifications
These Terms & Conditions may be updated at any time. Changes take effect immediately once published on this page.
