Koru Kiwi Arts is an independent artist studio based in Istanbul, Türkiye. We sell original artworks and fine art prints to customers internationally.

Koru Kiwi Arts does not process payments or shipping directly. All product purchases, payments, shipping calculations, and order fulfilment are handled through ArtPal, a trusted third-party art sales platform.
When a customer purchases an artwork or print, they are redirected to ArtPal’s secure checkout system, where shipping options and costs are displayed.

ArtPal ships to many international destinations. Available shipping locations, delivery methods, and costs are shown at checkout.
Shipping availability may vary depending on product type, size, and destination country.

5. Packaging & Protection
Artworks and prints are packaged securely by ArtPal or their fulfilment partners to ensure safe delivery.
Protective materials are used to minimise the risk of damage during transit.
6. Tracking
Tracking information is provided by ArtPal once an order has been dispatched. Customers receive tracking details directly from ArtPal by email.
7. Customs, Duties & Taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included unless stated during checkout.
8. Risk of Loss
Responsibility for an order transfers to the buyer once the item has been handed over to the shipping carrier, in accordance with ArtPal’s terms.
