Koru Kiwi Arts is an independent artist studio based in Istanbul, Türkiye. All product purchases, payments, shipping, returns, and refunds are handled through ArtPal, a third-party art sales platform.


1. How Returns & Refunds Are Handled

Koru Kiwi Arts does not directly process payments, shipping, returns, or refunds. When a customer places an order, they complete checkout through ArtPal’s secure system.

All return and refund requests must follow ArtPal’s return and refund policies.


2. ArtPal Orders (All Customers)

For artworks and printed products purchased through ArtPal:

  • ArtPal manages all returns, refunds, replacements, and customer support.
  • Eligibility for returns depends on ArtPal’s policies and the product purchased.
  • Most printed products are covered by ArtPal’s 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee.
  • Refunds are issued by ArtPal using the original payment method.
  • Delivery damage or defects must be reported within the timeframe specified by ArtPal.

For eligible items, most printed products may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs unless otherwise required by law.

Exchanges are not offered. Where applicable, refunds or replacements are handled in accordance with ArtPal’s policies.

Koru Kiwi Arts does not control ArtPal’s payment processing, shipping, or refund systems.


3. Custom & Commissioned Artwork

Custom or commissioned artworks may have different return or refund eligibility due to their personalised nature.

Any applicable terms for commissions are clearly communicated before purchase and processed in accordance with ArtPal’s policies.


4. Items Lost or Damaged in Transit

If an order is lost or damaged during shipping, customers must contact ArtPal directly using the order confirmation details.

ArtPal will investigate claims with the shipping carrier and determine eligibility for refunds or replacements.


6. Currency & Payments

Prices and refunds are processed in the currency shown at checkout. Any currency conversion is handled by ArtPal or the customer’s payment provider.
